Mercury 24 was built on hustle, heart, and a whole lot of firsthand experience, and that starts with Rhonda. With more than 40 years in the event world, she didn’t just step into this business, she built it from the ground up.
Before launching Mercury 24, Rhonda was the go-to pro behind major PGA/LPGA tournaments, high-profile concerts, and massive merch operations at venues like Ascend Amphitheater, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. She’s handled everything from staffing 125+ person teams to settling six-figure merch nights with artists like Billy Joel, Paul Simon, and Melissa Etheridge.
She’s worn every hat, HR, logistics, artist relations, finance, and still isn’t afraid to jump behind a booth and sling merch when the team needs backup. Her career spans corporate gigs, start-up ventures, and big-brand partnerships, but it all led to one vision: creating a company that delivers seamless, smart, and standout merch experiences from setup to settlement.
Rhonda knows what it takes to make an event run smoothly because she’s done it all—and Mercury 24 runs on that same can-do spirit.
If there’s a challenge, Becky’s already solving it. As Mercury 24’s tenacious Chief Operations Officer, she’s the engine behind our day-to-day excellence making sure every detail of your event is locked in, running smooth, and exceeding expectations.
Becky brings decades of leadership and logistics experience to the table. Before joining Mercury 24, she founded and ran a national document services company for over 25 years, mastering everything from strategy and operations to tech upgrades and team management. But don’t let the CEO title fool you Becky’s also worked every side of the merch table, from pop-ups on Broadway to multi-stand setups at arena tours.
She’s got a reputation for making the impossible happen, thriving under pressure, and doing it all with laser focus and legendary follow-through. Whether she’s negotiating contracts, managing inventory, or racing across town to fix a last-minute issue, Becky doesn’t stop until it’s right. And then she double-checks it.
For over two decades, Kyle has been a driving force in the live event merchandise world. As Mercury 24’s Atlanta lead, he blends big-picture strategy with boots-on-the-ground hustle to make sure every event runs seamlessly and sells big.
Kyle grew up in the business and has worked nearly every major venue in the greater Atlanta area and surrounding Southeast. He’s staffed shows, managed teams, maintained inventory, and prides himself as being one of the best vendors around. If it’s happening in Atlanta, Kyle’s probably there getting it done.
But his expertise doesn’t stop at the merch table. As a graduate from Georgia Tech, his career also includes enterprise level customer success and strategic partnerships in the SaaS industry, including senior roles at Adobe Marketo, Intuit Mailchimp, and IBM. Kyle brings a unique edge to the team. He knows how to scale operations, build partnerships, and turn insights into action.
Whether he’s forecasting real-time sales or balancing the books after a packed night, Kyle brings sharp thinking, deep industry knowledge, and a can-do mindset to everything he touches. He’s proof that when experience meets execution, great things happen.
